Service Options
Pre-Construction:
Before an owner purchases
land for a new facility, there
are many important considerations
that are often overlooked.
We can guide a client to avoid
these pit falls by reviewing
sites under consideration
for underground conditions,
traffic accessibility, land
size considerations for proposed
building area, unusual site
preparation costs and other
matters that might render
the site not feasible for
the planned development before
the land is purchased.
Management:
Often our clients prefer to
retain our services on a fee
basis to manage the construction
process and allow the owner
to directly pay for the cost
of the work. We have a track
record for this type of service,
preparing the contracts, purchase
orders, invoice approval and
accounting work to present
to the Owner in a concise,
easy to understand fashion.
Design/Build:
We have clients who wish to
shift all of the work involved
in creating the construction
drawings as well as the actual
construction to one source.
This single source of responsibility
by a design/build firm, allows
the owner to avoid the details
of the construction process.
Lump Sum:
This provides the owner a
firm cost for the construction
of the project before a contract
is executed. The cost is based
upon the plans and specifications
for the project.
Competitive:
Owners sometime wish to have
several reputable contractors
provide competitive bids for
the cost of the project based
upon identical plans and specifications,
and contracting with the lowest
bidder subject to a cost within
the owners budget.
Construction
Methods
Pre-engineered
metal buildings: We have been
an authorized dealer for Gulf
States Manufacturers, Inc.
since 1986. Pre-engineered
buildings provide a cost and
time effective system that
fit many client's criteria.
Pre cast
concrete frame buildings:
A method in wide use today,
which speeds up the construction
process and provides a very
durable building.
Structural
steel frame buildings: A durable
system that speeds up construction
and allows for multi-level
building designs.
Concrete
& brick masonry buildings:
The fundamental construction
method that has been proven
over many years.
Structural
metal studs and stucco: A
popular exterior wall system
that is adaptable with pre-engineered
metal and structural steel
buildings.
