This brick office building features formed and poured concrete arches across the
front of the building and was one of our first office building projects. It’s appearance after 36 years represents our attention to quality construction work.

Central Florida Builder’s Exchange – Orlando, FL.
This is the first of two office buildings we built for the Builder’s Exchange. We gain the title of “The Builder’s Builder” for this repeat work. In addition, our masonry division won a craftsmanship award for the exceptional brick work on the building.

Florida Roofing, Sheetmetal & Air Conditioning Contractors Association, Inc.
Winter Park, FL.
This is a statewide contractors association that also operates a worker’s compensation self insurers fund for their members. We built their first office building, which is shown in the aerial photograph.

The one story building was recently built on the same property to accommodate the staff required to operate the insurance program, that had outgrown the space allocated in the original building.

The original building was designed by Lopatka Murdock Jammal & Associates, Inc. and the new building was designed by Joseph E. Carlisle, Architect, Oviedo, FL.
