company to plan
, build and sell
medical condominiums
on the hospital
grounds. The building
shell of this
3 story building
was completed
in ten months
at which time
completion of
the condominium
spaces commenced
with all of the
36,000 square
feet sold and
completed within
a year.

a facility to
provide dialysis
treatments for

patients. The
results was
this attractive
building.

Medical Building
Dr.
Eddie Waldheim
wanted a dentistry
office for his
practice, but
also wanted
to provide space
for other medical
doctors to lease.
The one story
brick veneer
building was
constructed
with suspended
wood floors
to allow a means
to install plumbing
and electrical
services under
the floor as
the spaces were
leased.
