Another design/build
project encompassing
fruit processing,
peeling and cold
storage. The owner
had secured the
rights to a process
developed by The
Florida Agricultural
Experimental Station
in which the rind
from oranges,
tangerines and
grapefruit could
be removed without
damage or sectionizing
of the fruit.
The products were
sold to various
food markets,
public school
dining facilities,

Truck Alignment
Facility –
Orlando, FL.
This
is a Swedish company
that manufactured
laser controlled
alignment equipment
for heavy duty truck
and trailer frame
work. The facility
has a classroom
in which they train
a buyers employees
to operate the equipment.
Steel rails were
embedded into the
concrete slab with
a zero tolerance
for level and straightness.
Because the heat
of the sun caused
the rails to move,
the concrete had
to be poured at
night to avoid movement
before the concrete
